This 17-foot telescoping vertical weighs less than 3 lbs., making it easy to transport and quick to deploy. The heavy-duty antenna screws directly into the included spike mount using a standard 3/8x24 base. The transformer assembly attaches with the included clamps and can be removed quickly by loosening the wingnuts. Setup is simple: install the spike mount, extend the antenna, attach the transformer, connect your feedline, and start operating.


The included SWR chart shows coverage from 6 meters through 80 meters, with results shown without a tuner. That makes the Wanderer a practical choice for portable operators who want less setup time and more time making contacts.
